Search-box entries, such as a name, telephone number, or address, pass to the third-party results provider. We do not keep a server copy of that query. If you contact us, we receive the information in your message solely so we can answer it.
Information Collected Automatically
Standard hosting logs can include an IP address, browser type, pages requested, and time stamps. Aggregate activity helps us maintain the service and see how pages are used. Where enabled, cookies or comparable technology may provide basic analytics and advertising measurements.

We use information to run and troubleshoot the site, measure traffic, and improve pages. We do not sell lists of visitors or build personal visitor profiles.
Privacy on Linked Services
Muscogee County and Georgia portals, library collections, archives, and third-party tools apply their own privacy policies. Information submitted after following a link is governed by that service, including information sent through sponsored search results.
Who Might See Your Data
The service providers that host and support the site process server logs for us. Analytics and advertising partners may receive the automatic data described above. We disclose data when a valid legal process requires it, and not otherwise.
How We Protect Your Data
The site runs over an encrypted connection and logs are kept only as long as the purposes above need them. There are no accounts here, so no password or profile of yours exists on this site to be exposed.
Users Under 18
The site is meant for adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18; if you believe a minor has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your Data Rights
Your place of residence may provide rights to access, correct, or delete personal data held by a website. The project research identified no comprehensive Georgia consumer-privacy statute, so federal law or another jurisdiction's rules may apply differently. Because we keep little information, a request will generally involve available contact messages and server logs. Submit it through the Contact page. Public records belonging to Georgia, Muscogee County, or Columbus remain under the control of their custodians, including records subject to the Georgia Open Records Act, O.C.G.A. ยง50-18-70 et seq.
